In 2019, Utah didn’t need another spa or cosmetic treatment center. It needed a more innovative, personalized experience to achieve natural, balanced beauty. As industry veterans, Brooke and Emily were acutely aware of what was lacking and driven to create a space of expertise without pretension. Their priority was to ensure clients all the comforts of a 5-star facility while maintaining a supportive, memorable environment.

Maven’s mission is to provide lasting value to every client from the first visit. We believe beauty is at the center of natural, balanced results. Maven Medical Arts opened its doors in Draper, Utah in November 2019 and hit the ground running. Leading in the state of Utah, our Maven Cosmetic Injectors now inject more than 20,000 units of BOTOX Cosmetic each month and have been voted in the top 3 of Best of SLC!

OUR FOUNDERS

BROOKE ANDERSON

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Brooke has been in the aesthetic space for over 20 years. Brooke holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practicioner. She started her career as an RN in Labor & Delivery in 1996. In 2006, she began working in the aesthetics industry as one of the first providers and trainers in Utah. Her love for aesthetics shines through her philosophy of delivering natural results with a personal touch.

Since 2010, she has been a National Speaker and Trainer for Allergan Medical Institute (Allergan; the maker of Botox, Juvederm fillers, and Kybella).

When not in the office, Brooke usually travels to relax and explore new places or train other providers locally and throughout the country. She is passionate about mentoring other providers and stays current on advancements in the industry by regularly attending national conferences and trainings.

Brooke is the mother of three amazing adult children and grandmother to a three-year-old grandson. She also has two spoiled dogs and a cat. A native Utahan, she has lived in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. Her favorite creative outlets are decorating and fashion. Brooke is known for her sweet disposition and “natural injection results.”

EMILY MATHESON

RN, BSN

With over a decade of injecting experience and more than 14 years in the operating room, Emily brings an exceptional blend of clinical expertise and artistic precision to the world of aesthetics. Her journey began in a cosmetic surgery center, where she worked as a Scrub Tech before transitioning into the roles of Circulating Nurse and PACU Nurse after earning her nursing degree. Her dedication and leadership led her to serve as the Nursing Director of a surgical center for six years. She’s also made an impact in pediatric care at Primary Children’s Hospital and in the Cardiac Unit at LDS Hospital.

Once Emily discovered aesthetic injecting, she never looked back. She fell in love with the perfect fusion of science and artistry and has since committed herself to mastering the craft. Emily consistently attends national conferences and advanced trainings to stay on the cutting edge of the industry. She’s a proud member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree to expand her scope of practice and elevate her patient care even further.

Emily plays a key role in nurturing the next generation of aesthetic professionals. She loves to train and shares her passion for injecting and empowers new providers to develop their skills with confidence and precision. She’s a top national trainer and speaker for Revance Aesthetics, traveling across the country to educate on and promote their innovative products, RHA and Daxxify.

Outside the treatment room, Emily is a proud mom of five, often found on the sidelines cheering at sporting events. She recharges by spending time with her family, traveling, working out, and playing tennis.

With her warm personality, deep clinical knowledge, and passion for teaching, Emily is not only an exceptional injector but also a true leader in the aesthetic industry.

ERIN ROBERTS

Erin brings nearly 13 years of ICU nursing experience and 2 years as a family practice NP to her role at Maven, where she has been practicing aesthetics for 2 years. As a Biote® certified provider, she helps men and women regulate their hormone levels. Erin is happily married with two kids she adores. She loves to travel, explore new places, and never says no to cookie dough!

Erin's work at Maven is incredible, and she is proud to be part of such a talented team of providers who have refined the art of natural-looking aesthetics. She finds great joy in helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

NAOMI FULLMER

Naomi has been a registered nurse since 2018, gaining extensive experience in Plastics and Same Day Surgery. However, her true passion has always been in aesthetics. In early 2022, she seized the opportunity to train under Allergan trainer and expert injector Brooke Anderson, which allowed her to specialize in injectables and aesthetics. Since joining Maven, Naomi has been dedicated to boosting patients' confidence, self-esteem, and overall wellness through personalized treatments. She is committed to understanding each patient's unique goals and enhancing their natural beauty.

Outside of Maven, Naomi loves traveling with her husband of eight years & spending time with her friends & family!

Sasha Zoumadakis

Sasha has always been fascinated with the human body, spending her childhood dancing and watching medical shows. She trained intensely in ballet and taught for over 20 years at top Utah dance schools, perfecting her passion for sculpting bodies. Wanting to help others outside the dance world, Sasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She trained with master injectors Brooke Anderson and Emily Matheson at Maven Medical Arts. Sasha loves the challenges of medical aesthetics, integrating skill and artistry. She also works as an OR nurse, enjoying the thrill of surgeries.

Sasha is a mother of three adult kids and a wild French Bulldog. In her spare time, she loves being with friends and family, attending arts events, learning, traveling, and enjoying the world around her.

Adyson Lane

LME

Adyson Lane graduated from The National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2020. Prior to joining Maven, she worked in Dermatology, specializing in laser modalities, treatment of skin diseases and conditions, and patient care. Adyson has worked in both medical and spa settings, mastering and implementing an environment of relaxation with medical-grade results. Adyson believes in building patient confidence and overall wellness through personalized aesthetic procedures and individual goals.

When she’s not in the treatment room, she enjoys snowboarding with her husband Tyson, and is passionate about wellness in all forms.

“We are more powerful when we empower each other.” There is nothing more fulfilling than helping someone feel beautiful and like one’s best self again!

September Smith

September is a dedicated Master Esthetician with eight years of experience, having graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2017. Passionate about skincare, she finds fulfillment in helping clients transform their skin and boost their confidence. She specializes in aging skin, pigmentation concerns, and customized skincare treatment programs tailored to individual goals.

September thrives in a medical spa environment, where she offers a diverse range of treatments—from luxurious, pampering facials to advanced procedures like lasers and microneedling designed to deliver transformative results.

September and her husband Doug have 4 adult children. She loves spending time with her family and traveling, hiking, running and time with her friends.
